Mark E. Dunlap - Chief Financial Officer -- 13+ years of ASC experience
Mark joined Acumen in September 1999 as CFO. Prior to joining Acumen, Mark was Vice-President of Amedisys
Surgery Center Division, where he was responsible for oversight of daily business operations, division financial
monthly projections and reporting, and valuation of acquisition and divestiture candidates. Prior to
Amedisys, Mark held numerous roles with Medical Care International and subsequently the HCA ASD between 1989 and
1997 - Staff Accountant, Senior Accountant, and Regional CFO for 35+ ASCs. Before that, he was an auditor
with Peat Marwick in Midland, Texas. Mark holds a BBA in Accounting from Texas Tech University in Lubbock,
Texas.
